Catalonia Giralda hotel is located right in the historic and shopping centre of Sevilla. It is named after one of Sevilla's most famous sightseeing locations, "la Giralda", which is just a few metres walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the Santa Justa train station, where the AVE(high speed train) terminal is located. Catalonia Giralda hotel was built in 1967 and renovated in 2004, and has 110 rooms on 5 floors. The hotel also has a cafe, a restaurant with international cuisine and a room for holding meetings and seminars.

Catalonia Giralda is situated in the historical and commerical centre of Seville, next to the Santa Cruz quarter on Avenida Recaredo, the largest avenue in the city. It is ideal for tourists, owing to its proximity to the historical Centre and other monuments of interest (Cathedral, Giralda and Casa Pilatos, Maria Luisa Park), and for visitors on business, thanks to its proximity to the Santa Justa station (high-speed train) and the city's business and commerical centre. The Bus stop "Puerta Carmaona" is situated 50 meters from the hotel and the railway station to 700 meters.
