This is an excellent hotel. It enjoys a good location with exceptional service, very comfortable rooms, modern facilities, as well as a selection of eateries. The fact that all rooms offer an outstanding view of the Danube is an added bonus. Indeed this is the only hotel in Budapest offering guests a guaranteed Danube view room. The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment starting August 2006 and expecting to finish at the end of 2007. There will be minimal interference to guests although the hotel will have scaffolding over many parts of the exterior.(AHJ 0307) This is a modern building with an outside terrace which overlooks the Danube. The hotel is on the bank of the Danube on the Pest side, two minutes walk from the shopping area and Chain Bridge. It is in an excellent location and next to the popular pedestrian street Vaci Ut.
