Leading Apartments at The Fisher Building City Apartments sets a new standard for historic urban living in downtown Chicago. Based on location, unique apartment floor plans, building heritage and beauty, the Fisher Building City Apartments is one of downtown Chicago's premier addresses. The first floor of the Fisher Building contains a variety of service and retail establishments, such as a dry cleaners, 7-Eleven convenience store, and much more. All are conveniently accessible from inside the building. A spectacular 3,500 square foot amenity area on the 19th floor inlcudes a lounge for entertaining and social gatherings. The clubroom contains comfortable seating, a fireplace and a large screen television. The fitness center is filled with professional level equipment including state-of-the-art cardio gear, aerobics area, and multiple televisions. A private conference room includes everything you need for an off-site business meeting. The building has a door attendant to assist you with package delivery and arriving guests. An electronic keyless building entry system allows the resident to admit guests in the absence of the attendant.
