"We will definitely stay there again." — source Hotels.com
"We will likely stay again, despite the minor minuses: TV didn't work when we arrived very late at night, but maintenance came up promptly and fixed it; no hairdryer was in the room the next morning when I got up to get ready, but maintenance brought one right up; the elevators are very, very loud, but we weren't really disturbed by it; I never did find vending; Room service was polite, prompt, the menu choices are great, but breakfast was burned and not everything was on the tray when they brought it up - food quality was not great." — source Travelocity
"All in all, a great hotel if your looking for a place to stay after a night of partying." — source Expedia
"With some tweaks this could be a great place and if your are going to the new Sprint Center it is top notch for convenience." — source Travelocity
"Would definitely stay there again." — source Expedia

"not clean and crisp. I was traveling with a friend that used to clean at hotels - she knows what was expected of her and therefore checks any hotel room she stays in." — source Travelocity

"The fasion of the room was nice and flat screen tv This hotel basically destroyed our anniversary. It started by us getting a smaller room than we reserved (reserved a king and was put in a queen)." — source Priceline
"To sum up: Positives: Beautiful decor, great people on staff (including their restaurant wait staff), helpful doorman, right next to bus stop, quiet, nice restaurant, martini lounge, choice of pillow in room, internet access in rooms as well as business center, fitness center, and did I mention the lovely people who work there." — source Travelocity
"It was very nicely updated, and teh rooms and comforts in the room were very nice. Our only complaint was our room was across the hall from the elevators and housekeeping closet so the noise was a little much." — source Expedia
