  • Overall: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"We will definitely stay there again." source Hotels.com

"We will likely stay again, despite the minor minuses: TV didn't work when we arrived very late at night, but maintenance came up promptly and fixed it; no hairdryer was in the room the next morning when I got up to get ready, but maintenance brought one right up; the elevators are very, very loud, but we weren't really disturbed by it; I never did find vending; Room service was polite, prompt, the menu choices are great, but breakfast was burned and not everything was on the tray when they brought it up - food quality was not great." source Travelocity

"All in all, a great hotel if your looking for a place to stay after a night of partying." source Expedia

"With some tweaks this could be a great place and if your are going to the new Sprint Center it is top notch for convenience." source Travelocity

"Would definitely stay there again." source Expedia

"I am a huge neat freak so this was my worst nightmare." source Priceline

"I just stayed at the brand new Aladdin Hotel that just opened this week." source Travelocity

"I am generally happy with any hotel that can provide a clean bed and room and even if the staff had tried to act accommodating while we had to wait, I would not have been so disappointed and upset by the rude service." source Travelocity

"not clean and crisp. I was traveling with a friend that used to clean at hotels - she knows what was expected of her and therefore checks any hotel room she stays in." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"I always thought when you stay at the hotel parking was part of the serviceI guess not." source Priceline

"The hotel was super clean and the hotel room service and restaurant were so beautiful and the food was great." source Travelocity

"The service was good at the front desk." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"It's in a good location downtown in walking distance of the Power and Light district." source Hotels.com

"The rooms were nice and the location was near many of the KC attractions." source Priceline

"The inhouse restaurant is WAY overpriced compared to the surrounding area, so if you need a good meal at a decent price, leave the hotel." source Travelocity

"We were within easy walking distance of the Power and Light district and the Sprint Center." source Expedia

"This hotel is within easy walking distance to Power & Light which is by far one of its best features." source Hotels.com

  • Value: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Great hotel for the price." source Expedia

  • Room: Rating of 4.6 out of 5

"The fasion of the room was nice and flat screen tv This hotel basically destroyed our anniversary. It started by us getting a smaller room than we reserved (reserved a king and was put in a queen)." source Priceline

"To sum up: Positives: Beautiful decor, great people on staff (including their restaurant wait staff), helpful doorman, right next to bus stop, quiet, nice restaurant, martini lounge, choice of pillow in room, internet access in rooms as well as business center, fitness center, and did I mention the lovely people who work there." source Travelocity

"It was very nicely updated, and teh rooms and comforts in the room were very nice. Our only complaint was our room was across the hall from the elevators and housekeeping closet so the noise was a little much." source Expedia

"The staff was friendly and the room was well decorated." source Priceline

"Wonderful stay for 4th anniversary, staff friendly and professional, rooms with so much character - we felt like hollywood stars." source Travelocity
