Facilities include a tear drop shaped swimming pool, sauna. steam room, small but well equipped gym and tennis court. (07/07rt) Access to the hotel is via a long winding gravel drive which takes you along the side of the golf course and offers great views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel is a 2 storey cream coloured building set in rolling fields. Located on its own private 18 hole golf course just 6km (20 mins) from Cork Airport and (10km's) to Cork City, and 5 minutes from Ringaskiddy Ferryport and 18km's (35mins) from Kinsale.

Directions

From Cork Airport (ORK): Distance to Fernhill Carrigaline House Hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive. Getting there. A frequent bus service runs between the airport and Parnell Place station in central Cork. A single fare costs 3.70 EUR. A taxi rank is located outside the airport, and fares are about 20 EUR to Fernhill Golf Hotel. Prices are all subject to change. Getting around. Much of Cork can be explored on foot. Bus �ireann run 19 routes around the city and the surrounding areas. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside. Driving directions. Depart Cork Airport. At the roundabout take the first exit marked N27. Continue down this hill towards Cork City. Go straight through the first set of traffic lights onto Kinsale Road roundabout. Take the fourth exit for the N25 marked South Ring (East) Douglas and Ringaskiddy. Continue past both exits for Douglas, along to the next Exit N28. Follow the slip road. Continue forward in the right hand lane to join the N28. Continue along the motorway to Shannonpark roundabout with a stone monument at its centre. Move to the left hand lane, and take the first exit marked N28 Ringaskiddy. Continue along the road for a few hundred metres to a road marked Fernhill. Take this road to the Fernhill Carrigaline House Hotel on the right.
