-48 hours, Cancellation policy is 48 hours before the arrival date to avoid a no show penalty charge of 1 night. Same charge applies for cancellations requested after the time previously specified. Please consider an aditional Service Charge if $20.00US Dlls per room in lieu of tips (our customers don't need to tip any member of our staff while in the Resort). Daily Breaksfast is included and delivered to the Casita daily.
