A second bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, separate working area and adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with contemporary designer fixtures and luxury toiletries. A wooden staircase connects to the upper floor where the dining area features a large marble dining table which seats 8, a fully equipped kitchen with tableware, cookware, Smeg oven and microwave and a large refrigerator with ice-maker. Unique sliding doors open to reveal its own laundry facilities. A separate living room upstairs includes a large banquette relaxation area, separated by sheer curtains for subtle privacy and featuring a day bed smothered in cushions. Top of the range audio-visual equipment includes a flat screen TV that revolves 180 degrees, surround-sound system and DVD/VCD home-theatre unit.
