  • Overall: Rating of 3.4 out of 5

"Given its the center of London overall for price and location I would recommend a stay at this hostel." source Hostelworld

"Overall, I'd be happy to stay there next time I'm in London." source Orbitz

"All in all, they have the potential to have a good hotel, but it's run VERY poorly at this point." source Venere

"It is a glorified hostel, at best, and I would not recommend for anyone expecting more than 2 stars." source Travelocity

"Overall it was a better room than what some of my buddies paid 3 times more for hotel rooms in the same area." source Hostelworld

  • Clean: Rating of 3.3 out of 5

"Ok, I can accept that the breakfast is uneatable but for 85 per night I can't really accept that I had also to clean the table at the end of the meal (the staff continued to underline that the breakfast was "self-service", also when we were leaving the table." source Hostelworld

"I should say that the room was very clean and modern and there was a lovely flat screen tv, it was just impractical to actually have to stay in." source Venere

"Very clean hotel, everything has been updated and the rooms, although small, are very nice." source Travelocity

"The staff behin the counter where making sure to let you know by there action that you had no value a nothing else that the money you paid, and the room where porly made and falling appart, the only saving point was the pub and the cleaning staff." source Hostelworld

"I thought it was a bit ridiculous that the hostel didn't have clean towels to use for almost two days in a row, though the woman at the front desk was nice enough to tell me the name of a store I could buy one from." source Hostelworld

  • Service: Rating of 3.4 out of 5

"It's a nice place to stay and have many services, I could buy theater tickets, bus tickets on reception, thing that in other places would result impossible." source Hostelworld

"There are multiple things that are a problem: the lifts do not work, the internet access is spotty, the air conditioning doesn't work, and overall service is not always reliable." source Travelocity

"Unfortunately when I was there the lift was broken and had to take heavy luggage to the 3rd floor, but the service made up for that." source Hostelworld

"The night staff was fantastik the others has a lot to learn from him about service and atitude." source Hostelworld

"It is very inconvenient to carry up and down the luggage as the lift is out of service." source Hostelworld

  • Location: Rating of 4.1 out of 5

"Lift out of order, broken windows in private room, rather unwelcoming and unknowledgeable staff, wifi only in the lobby, poor breakfast but good location, quite clean and suitable for a bigger group." source Hostelworld

"If a small room is fine, then this hotel has excellent location (a short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park), good restaurants nearby." source Venere

"The location and place is good, but there\'s only one male staff that is not kind at heart and not considerate to let my friend check in 5am in the morning." source Hostelworld

"We were in a 3 bedded room with ensuite toilet n bath- clean n comfortable, friendly & approachable staff, centra location-generally good value for money." source Hostelworld

"There are very small rooms, but they are clean and the location is fantastic (close to Hyde Park and just few meters from Queensway underground)." source Hostelworld

  • Value: Rating of 2.5 out of 5

"Decent location and price, but small room, not the nicest bathroom, and check-in was not particularly speedy." source Hostelworld

"When we complained, they offered to cut the price in half. Half of five is still two and a half - so we had to argue further to get the price that was actually quoted on the charge sheet." source Venere

"Breakfast (cornflakes and toast) was a little boring as we stayed for a few days, but alright for the price." source Hostelworld

"This is a very bad hostel, the price per room is in the average but they tried to get money from everything." source Hostelworld

"there are definitely nicer places in london for a far better price." source Hostelworld
