You can take your pick of Dutch/ Indonesian/ Thai/ French/ Spanish and vegetarian cuisine. Restaurant Het Heertje in the Heerenstraat is a treat for gourmets. Cafes In the Jordaan quarter is a very famous cafe known as De Twee Zwaantjes where musicians play and guests sing along. The staff at reception will be happy to advise you on the best evenings to visit. Other good bars include The Three Sisters on the Rembrandts-plein and De Heinekenhoek on the Leidseplein. Cafe Metz on the corner of Leidsestraat and Keizersgracht also has a lovely view. The Kalvertoren is a shopping centre near the Munt. Inside the shopping centre there is a restaurant with a fabulous view of the city.
