"Everything was clean and the room was pretty big, with a small continental breakfast in the morning." source Orbitz

"BPH is at first sight not much to look at - the lobby small - the elevators slow - but the room is great - spacious, clean with comfortable beds and the view of the Empire State Building just out the window is perfect - But I must say, the service you receive from the concierges will knock your socks off." source Travelocity

"Small but comfortable, neat & tidy room." source Expedia

"Doormen, front desk staff, cleaning staff all treated us like family." source Orbitz

"The rooms were nice size considering being in NYC and were cleaned on a daily basis; my brother stayed in a ""nicer"" hotel, paid about the same as I did, but his room was basically a bed and a sink." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"Although there is no significant amenities like room service, there are a couple places nearby like Ray's Pizza that deliver and they do offer more than just pizza." source Travelocity

"-Only two elevators that service both guests and staff very busy in the mornings; had to wait 5-10 minutes for an elevator and staff seem to punch several floors even though they were not going to those floors (most annoying) -Concierge quoted us Broadway tickets at $250/each." source Expedia
