  • Overall: Rating of 4.5 out of 5

"Would recommend to anyone and would definately stay there again." source Hotels.com

"Recommend you do not park a rental or personal vehicle there; it is much better to walk or take public transportation." source Priceline

"if you dont mind the crowds and the hustle and bustle this is the place to be, first time there, i booked a city view and was bumped up to a partial ocean view, access to beach was important for us and it couldnt have been better, everything was clean, personel was very nice and helpful, walls are a bit thin, and the pool couldve been bigger, but overall we were very satisfied, we are already planning a second trip this summer." source Travelocity

"For itÂ’s age, hotel is kept in pretty good shape, but I wouldnÂ’t stay there again unless I get a 3-star pricing." source Expedia

"I would recommend this to anyone as it is in a prime location." source Priceline

  • Clean: Rating of 4.7 out of 5

"The staff was constantly cleaning." source Orbitz

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and made you feel like it was a vacation." source Hotels.com

"The staff is friendly and professional, the room was always spotless and the location is exceptional." source Travelocity

"It was nice & clean (not extra ""fancy"" but nice)the beach is right outside the back door." source Travelocity

"Hotel has very clean rooms, great staff, wonderful food, only draw back is thin walls." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 4.6 out of 5

"They don’t service drinks or food to people at the pool." source Priceline

"The Outrigger Waikiki has everything I hoped it would have: great location, good reaturants with ocean side seating, large rooms and friendly staff." source Travelocity

"We loved the service on the beach with umbrella and chair rentals and purchasing floats for the water, only $5 just to the left of the hotel as you are entering the beach area." source Expedia

""" A couple days later I was standing by the bell desk (they must not have seen me standing there) because a few employees were talking about guests they had just ""buttered up"" (sounded like plain customer service), by telling them about a restaurant, but the guest's ""hand just stayed in their pocket"" - so the employee was complaining about not receiving a tip." source Travelocity

"The location is wonderful, simply wonderful, the service is simply awful, we paid for an oceanview room and had a great view of the city." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.9 out of 5

"Who puts slippery rock outside a pool area anyway." source Orbitz

"The Outrigger Waikiki is in a great location, the rooms are nice and roomy, with a sink and closet area seperated from the toilet and shower. The beachfront location was perfect for our family traveling with 2 young kids." source Hotels.com

"The location was great, right on waikiki beach." source Priceline

"For a nice and relaxing breakfast with views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach I recommend Duke's(located in the lower level of the hotel) and if you're there on a Sunday check out Henry Kapono performing to a joyous crowd." source Travelocity

"The Outrigger is in a good location, sort of in the middle of all the stores and stuff, so things are in walking distance and you can just come down to the main street level and people watch for hours." source Expedia

  • Value: Rating of 4.4 out of 5

"I'm very happy with the price I was able to get and with the hotel." source Priceline

"We upgraded to an ocean front view, cost more but worth it if you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view." source Travelocity

"Dukes restaurant has an amazing breakfast buffet for 15 dollars that is so filling you don't need to do lunch." source Travelocity

"However, there are day trips by tour companies to each of these for a reasonable price." source Travelocity

"For the price, this is a great value." source Travelocity
