"We arrived at the hotel wasn't able to check in they did not offer any kind of accommadations the lady at front desk was rude no customer service at all the rooms weren't what we paid for the plumming was messed up the carpets in the rooms and hallways were wet and badly spotted there were cigarette burns in the comforter just a really bad stay and between myself and my friends we occupied 4 rooms in that hotel and they had us all over the place i had to demand to be atleast somewhere close to my friends room had to help her get ready for wedding." — source Travelocity
