Cancellation Policy

-24 hours, cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival 1 nights No Show will be 2 nights charge. Chistmas/New year`s cancellations are 90% refundable if cancel more than 60 days and 50% refundable if cancel 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are not refundable. Any departure prior to pre-scheduled departure date will result in a penalty for the full stay.
