The Imperial Riding School Vienna, A Renaissance Hotel is located close to Belvedere Palace. Ringstrasse and city center are within walking distance. As a former horse-riding school, which was built in 1850 and used by Emperor Franz Josef I., this hotel combines historic ambiance with modern interior. The Imperial Club, newly opened in January 2008, offers additional, luxurious club rooms. Hotel amenities include underground parking (fee), 24-hour front desk, laundry service (fee), shoeshine, and full business center (fee). Guests may also enjoy the indoor pool with adjacent garden area for sunbathing, solarium, gym, and sauna. All rooms feature telephone, minibar, hair dryer, modern entertainment center with flat screen TV, individually adjustable air conditioning and safe. Club Level Rooms and Suites provide free use of mini-bar and high-speed Internet, bathrobes, slippers and access to the Club Lounge. This exclusive Imperial Club Lounge offers complimentary food and snacks, breakfast and non-alcoholic beverages.
