Directions

The 'Magic Bus' runs between the airport and the hotel. The fare, 95 ZAR for the round trip, can be charged to the hotel bill. The hotel can also arrange private pick ups. From Johannesburg Airport, take the R24 highway to Johannesburg. Travel for approximately 10 km. Take the N3 turnoff to Pretoria. Pass the Linksfield and Modderfontein off ramps. Take the Marlboro Drive off ramp. Turn left at the traffic lights, and carry on straight. At the Shell Service Station, turn right in South Street. Go under the bridge, and cross over two sets of traffic lights. At the t junction, turn left into Rivonia Road. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into Maude Street. The Village Walk Shopping complex will be on your left hand side, and the Protea Hotel Balalaika Sandton is right next door.
