Direct underground train services link Heathrow to Russell Square Station, which is located 200 metres away. The Heathrow Express train service connects with London Paddington Station. London's black taxi cabs also service Heathrow Airport. Bus services include the Airbus Heathrow shuttle to London Victoria or King's Cross railway stations. Getting around. The Oyster Travelcard allows unlimited use of train, bus and underground services throughout the zones specified on the card London charges congestion zone fees within clearly designated areas of the city. Those who operate vehicles within these zones are assessed daily fees that apply Mondays through Fridays.
