  • Overall: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"Not a good hotel choice for Priceline." source Priceline

"Valet is run by private company, but call the ""bell desk"" from your room and they can ask valet to bring your car around, would recommend this around peak times (mornings & check-in/out times), or you'll wait around 15 mins." source Travelocity

"I highly recommend paying the very small extra fee to get a room higher up in order to avoid excessive noise." source Expedia

"Would not stay there again." source Priceline

"We stay in the Pali Tower which I personally would recommend because it has large rooms and a nice view from the higher up floors Try this hotel, I think you will enjoy your stay." source Travelocity

  • Clean: Rating of 3.5 out of 5

"The room though is always clean and maintained." source Hotels.com

"The front desk was courteous and accomodating, the location is amazing, housekeeping did a great job with keeping the bathroom spotless & towels stocked (lacked in the vacuuming dept." source Travelocity

"The rooms had comfortable beds and it was cleaned very well on a daily basis." source Expedia

"Some of what we read in the negative reviews was true - the rooms are a bit outdated (they just painted over old wall paper for example), the carpets are definitely a bit dingy, the fixtures in the bathroom were old and outdated (but clean) and the shower head was mounted at a height for a Chinese gymnast (I'm 6'2"" and had to bend quite alot to wash my hair." source Travelocity

"Though it isn't a 5 star hotel, I's clean, convenient to the beach (2 blocks), on the corner accross the street from the bus stop (frequent busses to the Ala Moana Mall and anyplace else you want to go), and walking distance to the International Market Place (maybe 7 blocks." source Travelocity

  • Service: Rating of 3.8 out of 5

"Beds were a little hard, and water pressure wasn't great, but other than that the service was awesome and again - if your objective is to explore the island and not just bum around the room it is just fine." source Travelocity

"Be sure to attend worship service by the pool on 3rd floor on Sundays, it was just me and the pastor but it was awesome as birds all gathered around us and presence of peace." source Travelocity

"We parked our car across the street at the Banyon Condos for 50 dollars a week compared to the 15dollars a day at the hotel for valet only service." source Travelocity

"The hotel's own restaurant is so-so both in food and service but extremely reasonably priced." source Travelocity

"The bar drinks were surprisingly inexpensive and the valet service was very friendly." source Travelocity

  • Location: Rating of 4.2 out of 5

"The only thing that I did not like was the pool area because it looked a kind of beaten with a cheap green fake outdoor grass flooring in very bad shape, but why should I use a pool if I have a beautiful beach." source Orbitz

"Convenient location and parking facilities available in and out of the property." source Hotels.com

"Located within walking distance of shopping and food." source Priceline

"Good location, walking distance from beach and also to shopping but not centrally located for shopping." source Travelocity

"The location is the best thing for this hotel, one block to Kuhio beach, ABC store next door, Tiki bar, and the beachwalk with shops and restaurants." source Expedia

  • Value: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Everything is Honolulu is more expensive than in the mainland so I was excited at the value I got." source Hotels.com

"Outdated but inexpensive in a decent location." source Priceline

"This was our second stay in this hotel and we are satisfied that the price to quality is reasonable." source Venere

"The desk clerk on check in was not at all friendly and they charged an unexpected deposit 1-1/2 times my total room cost - this was nowhere on the website or my reservation confirmation and they didn't tell me until after they ran the authorization." source Travelocity

"for that price is the best hotel." source Expedia
