  • Service: Rating of 4.3 out of 5

"Very satisfied with the room and the service, the only thing I could have a slight grumble about is the daily charge of 13 euros for the car park, there is absolutely nowhere to park in the surrounding streets, every space taken, so had to pay for 3 days parking." source Venere

"We arrived at Saray after a long drive from Ronda, and was very impressed by the excellent service level of the reception." source Venere

"We didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel but the small lobby bar was quiet and had friendly staff." source Expedia

"Not centrally located, but ideal for anyone not up to a whole days sight seeing and therefore wanting a pleasant outside area in which to sit, with a nice pool and plenty of sun loungers/seating available." source Venere

"Location was perfect for our puropses." source Expedia

"Location was spot on for finding when we arrived in car as signposted all the way from motorway and really convenient for city centre with a lovely stroll up a rambla type avenue to main eating places." source Venere

"In truth, we were just a short distance away but travelers for the first time should be aware that it is a 10 minute walk to the center of town and that the hotel is in more of a residential area." source Venere

  • Value: Rating of 4.0 out of 5

"Price was great, front desk very helpful and rooms were superb." source Hotels.com

"Excellent value for money within easy access to the town centre." source Venere

"This hotel is pretty much how it was described and the food in the basement restaurant was quite decent for the price though it lacked any view or atmosphere to warrant a second visit." source Venere

"we ve chosen this hotel only for his location (near congress palace) price is quite good also but it is a little bit far away from the center." source Venere

"Unless you want to pay the price of being in the town centre, this hotel has a lot going for it." source Venere
