Like the neighborhood, the interior style is homey, with accents that suit the building's architecture. Rooms were completely redecorated in early 2007, with new furniture and crisp color schemes. Guests have the use of a fully equipped kitchen, a common dining room, and a patio furnished with tables and chairs. There's one apartment with a private bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. Tennis courts, a running track, and a playground at the school next door are open to the public. Public transportation is nearby, and the Longwood Medical Area and busy Coolidge Corner neighborhood are within easy walking distance.
