The Park Hotel and Restaurant in Preston is an impressive Edwardian mansion house built in 1903. The hotel has retained many of its original features including magnificent stained glass windows; tiled mosaic flooring and intricate coving. You will be treated to the warm welcome of the Park Hotel from the well trained friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. The relaxed and stylish ambience of the restaurant and bar reflects the homely feel of the hotel. Ideally situated; it is close to the city centre; Riversway; the University and the train station making it the ideal choice for visitors and businessmen alike. The hotel has 16 well appointed bedrooms all tastefully furnished with en-suite bathroom; tea and coffee facilities; direct dial telephone; hairdryer; desk; gas central heating; flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player and free WiFi. The restaurant provides excellent cuisine which is freshly prepared and sourced locally. There is also a well stocked bar and an impressive wine list to compliment your meal. Parking is available at the hotel free of charge. Additional Information; Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 4-16 receive a 50pct reduction when sharing with an adult. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
