"I Stayed at the hotel from the 4th november 2004, for three nights i found the hotel to be very nice, very clean and the staff are very friendly, i went with a person in a wheelchair and was given a room with disabled facilities the room was excellent, and very clean, but the television only had one english channel (the news cnn) the hotel is up a steep hill, so if your pushing a wheelchair,it may be difficult, the hotel is about 15 min, from the grotto, a little further than most hotels, but its a nice walk , with shops & river all the way down." — source Venere
