Modern Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Montrose District. Just 3 miles from Downtown, it is centrally located, close to all the major Houston attractions. Only 2 miles from the Museum District, 3 miles from the Medical Center and Houston Zoo and 28 miles from Johnson Space Center. This Bed and Breakfast offers complimentary wireless internet, and fax and printer access is available. Enjoy sitting in the common areas, read a book from the small library, or listen to records on the record player. Tasty organic breakfast is served each morning and the menu varies with what is in season. Health is part of the modern aesthetic as much as art, architecture and good company. Experience a different kind of Bed and Breakfast. This dramatic four-story bed and breakfast is a unique alternative with fab rooms, artist works on walls, exercise equipment and shaded verandas that present panoramic views above the tree line. Modern Bed and Breakfast is now featuring iPod docking stations in select rooms. Wake to the sounds of a personal music mix, or one of the great Houston stations. Mod rooms are hip ground-floor rooms. Standard rooms set the standards. The Top Shelf rooms feature a private terrace, private access up the out door spiral staircase, whirlpool tub and walk in slate tiled, open shower. Luxury is the name at Modern Bed and Breakfast. From Intercontinental airport take 59 South Exit Shepherd, go north on Shepherd to Richmond. Take a right on Richmond and then take a left at the first light which is Hazard Street. The property is a steel and wood structure on the right hand side of the street. Park on any driveway on Hazard, or on the street. Property urges to not park in drive on Branard.
