The Platzl Hotel is situated in the historic Old Town of Munich between the picturesque Marienplatz, the legendary Hofbräuhaus, the Viktualienmarkt and the Bavarian State Opera. It is the ideal location for both business and leisure travellers. All major sights in the centre of town like the world-famous Glockenspiel or the Cathedral, exclusive shopping on Maximilianstrasse as well as the lively pedestrian area between Marienplatz and Karlsplatz are within a short walk from the hotel. The 167 rooms and suites have been completely refurbished in 2007 and now showcase a mix of classic elegance and contemporary Bavarian design in a 4-star superior atmosphere.
