"Waited over 3 hours to get into room although we were told it was being cleaned, still not ready at check in time, sheets not changed from previous occupants, pants left in room, dead misquitos on walls." — source Travelocity
"The room was clean but the A/C was definately insufficient as we had to put a towel under the door and close the patio curtains completely to get the room near 78 degrees." — source Travelocity
"The room they moved us to ended up being across the hall from the cleaning staff's storage room which was in use by 6AM each day which woke us up each morning." — source Travelocity

"The rooms were very clean although we did find the weekend staff to not be as quick to cleaning the rooms." — source Travelocity

"Beautiful wedding services (well planned and orchestrated, lovely meal/music/cake/photo ops/chapel or beach side setup); Cons: long ride to hotel from airport (2 hrs), repetetive music in bars, sharp rocks in water, food poisoning (sick for 2+ days), some staff expect tips for good service, lack of hot water in showers." — source Travelocity
"Also, expect a wait for dinner, sometimes an hour, so order a snack from room service first, put your name on the waiting list at one of the restaurants and then go hang out at one of the bars until they call you - its not a big deal." — source Travelocity
"This all inclusive hotel is lovely, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and there is a wide variety of food available - including room service - all included so that you know what your trip will cost before you go." — source Travelocity
"The hotel has a turn-down service every night with the evening's festivities printed in a hand-out for your information. Honestly, we cannnot emphasize enough about the service at the bars and the beach." — source Travelocity
"Food was great, service was excellent, drinks were plentiful, we had a BEAUTIFUL room, all marble bathroom, great view." — source Travelocity
-
"The room was very nice, the resort was very clean and well kept and the pool area was great. The beach at the hotel is not as good as some others I have been to- there were lots of rocks and kelp (The Intercontinental Cancun seems to be the best hotel beach in the Cancun/Rivera Maya area), but the beach was still lovely." — source Travelocity
"Having travelled to numerous countries, I can say this is a wonderful location for the country in which it is in." — source Travelocity
"Nights are a little slow, but you have to go to the shows located in the theater in the back of the resort." — source Travelocity
"The beach was nice, but the water had a lot of sea weeds in parts, but that goeswith the area and climate." — source Travelocity
"TH ehotel is beautiful; However, if you are interested in the beach, this is not the location for you." — source Travelocity
-
"We took advantage of the spa services including massage (with resort credit it cost $85 a person." — source Travelocity
"the pools are huge though, and they are right on the beach, so it wasn't really a very big deal." — source Travelocity
"I suggest not to go for a square deal with the Apple vacations." — source Travelocity
"check your air of superiority at the door and deal with it." — source Travelocity
-
"We are members of the "I Prefer" which gets you an upgrade if rooms are available. We were upgraded to the newer section - the rooms were great." — source Travelocity
