-48 hours, In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge 1 night/ 50% of the total amount on the credit card. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". Bookings on a pre-paid formula must be done 20 days before the check-in date.

Directions

Getting there. A taxi from the airport costs 30 36 EUR. A complimentary bus transports guests between the hotel and Funchal's Old City near the cable car station, also stopping at the marina near the modern city centre. The bus operates daily from morning to early evening on a schedule. Public buses to Funchal centre stop in front of the hotel. Taxis are available at the hotel's entrance.
