Located in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska just 3 blocks from downtown, 5 blocks from the Eagan Convention Center, 3 blocks from the Ocean, 3 blocks to the coastal trail, short walk to shopping, restaurants and night life and within walking distance of Conoco Phillips, Unocal, and many other corporate locations. Our boutique Inn boasts 16 beautifully appointed guest-rooms all featuring Microwaves, Mini-Fridges, Coffeemakers, Irons and Ironing Boards and off-street parking are available to all guests. We also have 4 newly remodeled Extended-Stay 1 Bedroom Suite Condos which include Full Kitchens, an Elevator, Hi-Speed Internet Access, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffeemaker, Cable TV, Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Complimentary Local Calls in our adjacent building. There is a minimum night stay of 30 days for these suites. Our little hotel is on a quiet side street but close enough to all tourist and business activities. The hotel is 2 stories without an elevator, but easy to get in and out of. Parking is right at the back door. Recently remodeled with up to date fire and safety equipment. Each room is in a quad of 4 so no loud noise or hearing people coming and going at all times of the night. Come enjoy our family owned and operated Americas Best Value Inn of downtown Anchorage.
