'La Brandade', the hotel restaurant, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. Our team of professionals is at your entire disposal, and offers you a 'ProvenAal' and traditional cuisine, to be served with local wines. 'A la Carte' or in our menus, we will have you discover our delicious Brandade (salt cod puree) specialties. To fit at the outmost to the budget and expectations of our clients, the 179 guest rooms are presented in two categories of standing- comfort and superior. Our 78 comfort rooms offer a good level of services, at the best rate. The decoration of these rooms is sober and traditional, and the bathrooms and water-closets simple. The floor is carpeted, the furniture classic and the bedding of standard size. Every bedroom has its own 51 centimeter flat screen television. Our 101 superior rooms offer a standing and an environment of excellent quality. They all were entirely renovated in 2007. Each room has its own personalized decor, inspired by the different aspects of the city of Nimes- Roman, Provencal, and Mediterranean. Contemporary colors and materials such as wrought iron and whitewashed painted walls are used. They have queen size bedding (180 x 200), with hypoallergenic quilts.
