Whitehall Hotel

Set in a Victorian manor house built in 1899, the Whitehall Hotel is situated between Bolton and Blackburn, one mile from the West Pennine Moors. The old manor house has been restored into a traditional English country hotel, set in three acres of landscaped gardens and mature woodlands.
