A good basic hotel in the centre of the city, good option for leisure travellers on a budget or those with business in the city. SE0207 A modern building conversion, opened as a hotel in 2000. There are nine floors, the windows overlook the city. In the centre of the City's central business district. Approximately 500 metres from the central railway station, approximately 9 kms from the domestic and international airport terminals and two kilometres from the Inter-island ferry terminal.

The rooms are simply but nicely furnished, they are larger than average Ibis brand rooms. All rooms have airconditioning, TV, iron/ironing board and hairdryers. There are also in-house pay per view films.
