The Presidential Villas is situated only three miles south of Myrtle Beach, the family entertainment capital of the Southeast, and 75 miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport. The villa puts one within one mile of Atlantic Ocean beaches. Myrtle Beach offers nearly 120 golf courses, music theaters, the NASCAR Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, and over 1,800 restaurants. Don*t miss Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, or Barefoot Landing for year-round enjoyment. The town of Surfside Beach is located on the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of the Grand Strand in South Carolina, USA. Nestled on two miles of pristine beach, with temperate climate, excellent service, many restaurants, and attractions nearby, Surfside Beach is a popular place to vacation. On site, one can enjoy the million-dollar outdoor swimming pool, Lazy River, and health club. The two bedroom with two bath condo holds a maximum of six people and unit bedding includes one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen Murphy bed. The standard hotel room holds a maximum of two people and utilizes one queen Murphy bed. The room amenities include washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. Check in procedures, the check-in office hours are, Sunday through Thursday 7 am-10 pm and Friday through Saturday, 7 am-11 pm. If checking-in after 9 pm Monday-Thursday or after 11 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, please proceed to main office wherein security will have a list of the guests name & unit number. A 100.00 security deposit and an additional cleaning fee of 15.00-45.00 depending on room size, are collected at check-in. In addition a 35-70 non refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in during bike week.
