In the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, this luxury air-conditioned self-catering apartment overlooks Gundulic Square and is adjacent to the exclusive Pucic Palace Hotel. The apartment is situated in a beautiful 400 year old building, is south facing with full sun until late afternoon. The apartment is available to rent for a minimum of 3 nights.Bed linen and towels are supplied.The Apartment; The Apartment is newly renovated with bright, elegant rooms and high ceilings.The sitting room (with satellite T.V and a Hi-Fi system) has two large windows overlooking the square There are 2 double bedrooms; one (large) with 2 single beds and the second (small) has a double bed. There is a newly installed fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, 1 bathroom and large entrance hall.The beach is within 5 minutes walk where sun loungers and umbrellas are available to rent. The Old Port is within 3 minutes walk from where boats depart daily to the nearby islands.Features- Air conditioning- Heart of Old Town- 5 mins. walk to beach- 3 mins. walk to harbour- Elegant spacious sitting-room in full sun to 4pm.- Satellite T.V.- Hi-Fi- Dishwasher- Washing machinePLEASE NOTE: We require a minimum stay of 3 nights.Payment on arrival in euros.Check-in time - 4pmCheck-out time � 11 am.

From Pile gate entrance to Old Town. Walk down Main Street - straight ahead. At 11th alley on right turn right between Cele Bar and St. Blaise church. Then second left - entrance to apartment is beside Oliva Pizzeria. Black door. The apartment is on the 1st floor, 1st door at top of stairs No. 11.
