The hotel definitely looks a lot better from the inside than it does from the outside. MK 08/07 It is a low set pupose built of semi-modern style. The building is not very attractive from the outside as it is built in a style made to be able to cope with the elements of this northern climate. The Rica hotel enjoys a central location in the heart of Kirkenes.
