The Country Inn at Camden-Rockport was conceived and built to provide our guests with the ambiance of yesteryear with the amenities of today. From rooms with the comfort and feel of a New England Farmhouse to the availability of WI-FI, the Inn meets our guests' needs. Our staff is there to assist with any problem or concern, and can help with every aspect of our guests stay from where to get dinner, to planning a day trip or where to see a puffin. Situated on five acres of landscaped property, the Inn is just one mile south of downtown Camden which surrounds one of the most beautiful harbors on the coast and five miles north of Rockland which has developed into an active arts and ocean related community. There is plenty of space to stroll, have a pick up ball game, or just relax and enjoy the day. The Inn property includes 36 suites in the main building and 11 more in freestanding seasonal cottages. All provide comfortable, homey surroundings, and are equipped with service bars, refrigerators, and pull out couches for the extra guest or child. Rooms are set up with a choice of two-queen size or single king size bed, some feature whirlpool tubs or fireplaces. Activities at the Inn range from a chess or Scrabble game in the library to a workout in the exercise room. There is a large indoor pool as well as a hot tub and sauna. Each morning guests are treated to our Country Breakfast Buffet, which includes fresh baked breads, fruits, and quiche. In the afternoon there are pastries at teatime. Evening brings the Inns chocolate chip cookies to top off the day. Groups are welcomed. The combination of comfort and facility has made the Inn a favorite of small groups for retreats, and businessmen for extended stays. Relaxing toward productivity is supplemented by quality-catered food service as needed. The Country Inn provides the ideal setting to enjoy the mid-coast whatever the reason for the visit. The Country Inn is proud to be a non-smoking property.

On US Route 1 at the Camden-Rockport town line. Adjacent to Golfer s Crossing Mini Golf and Blue Sky Cantina. -- Directions -- Head south on US Route 1. After passing through the Town of Camden, pass through 1 light. The Inn is immediately after the light on the left.
