Location. The Havana Riverwalk Inn is a boutique style hotel located along the famed Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. Nine blocks from the hotel stands the historic Alamo. The Rivercenter Mall is 10 blocks away and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center is 11 blocks from the hotel. Hotel Features. Club Cohiba offers cocktails, wines, cigars, an antique bar and an outdoor deck with foliage of a 20 foot arbor. The Havana Riverwalk Inn offers meeting and event spaces throughout the hotel. Photocopy and fax services are also available. An adults only property, The Havana Riverwalk Inn offers a romantic setting for couples. Guestrooms. The Havana Riverwalk Inn guestrooms feature European antiques, leather reading chairs, original light fixtures and hardwood floors. Bedding is comprised of down pillows and blankets. Fresh flowers and antique artwork decorate each guestroom. Expert Tip. This hotel was designed in the Mediterranean Revival style by architect Arthur J. Herrmann and built in 1914 by Edward F. Melcher. In the early 1990s, the property was named to the National Register of Historic Places with each of the rooms being appointed with period furnishings.
