The modern nine storey Hunguest Hotel Szieszta has panoramic views of Sopron town, and is set in the middle of a park in Loverek, a hilly and densely forested area in north west Hungary. The hotel is located ten kilometers from Neusiedler See & National Park and the Austrian border. The 280 guestrooms feature modern blue and white d�cor with light wood furnishings. Rooms open out on to balconies with views of the woods, and all rooms are equipped with televisions, direct dial phones, complimentary Internet connections and minibars. The hotel's restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and offers a selection of Hungarian and European dishes and an extensive wine list in a modern setting with simple d�cor and wooden floors. Guests can unwind in the sauna, steam bath and jetted tub, bronze in the solarium or enjoy pampering beauty services and a full body massage. More active guests can work out at the fitness center or take tennis lessons on the six clay courts in the hotel gardens. Business guests can make use of the conference facilities with audio visual equipment. The hotel's ninth floor has a cocktail bar with regular live music and views of the surrounding forest. From May to October, guests can also make use of the beer tent for parties in the hotel gardens. Guests can go birdwatching in Neusiedler See National Park, ten kilometers away, go downhill skiing and hiking in Austria, also ten kilometers away, or visit Slovakia's largest city, Bratislava, 100 kilometers away. Budapest is 200 kilometers away; the nearest international airport is Vienna, 60 kilometers from Sopron.

Buses run from Vienna airport to S�dbahnhof (South railway station) every 30 minutes. From there, hourly trains depart for Sopron. Journey time is 75 minutes. Taxis are available outside the arrivals hall. From Budapest, InterCity trains run between Budapest Keleti Railway Station and Sopron every three hours.
