"The room smelled like room freshner until you shut the door and then it smelled like dog urine, had claw marks on the door and molding, the carpet was ripped by the door, the tv didn't work, the bathroom grout was dark brown at best while the grout under the sink was off white, the faceplate in the bathroom was rusty and paint peeling off, one of the sheets were marked with black marker or something, and the shower ran from hot to cold without turning the knob." — source Travelocity
