Cancellation Policy

-720 hours, We will charge the following amount in advance to your credit card, which is non refundable in case of cancellation: For stays of 7 days and more: Euro 1.000,00 For stays of less than 7 days: Euro 250,00 or Euro 500,00 (depending on the total room price) In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the confirmed room price (as per your booking) minus € 50,00 per person per night. General conditions apply with the Austrian hotel regulations.
