-72 hours, The full length of stay will be charged if cancellation is made less than 3 days of the arrival date. During Peak Periods (20 Dec – 15 Jan) the terms and conditions of booking are: - Compulsory Gala Dinners for Christmas and New Year eve is required. - No Penalty will be applied for cancellations up to 30th November - A 50% of total length of stay will be charged for cancellations received from 1st December. - Full length of stay will be charge for cancellations 14 days before arrival
