"Just one person was friendly, the others they did not smile, I had to open the door of the frontdesk some times to let them know of my presence, there is no such a continental breakfast (only cold donuts and juice), they collected me 1 dollar for each fax sheet I sent out, the security lock of the door was out of order, it has not any, the bathroom fan did not work, the pillow lining were with spots (a little bit dirty), too much noise due to the highway out side, I couldn't sleep well, in overall I will think it over twice to stay in these hotels again." — source Travelocity
