Jing Jiang hotel is a garden hotel. The 434 rooms and suites in the three buildings overlook more than 10,000 square meters of beautiful garden. Over the past 70 years the Jin Jiang historic hotel has served more than 400 heads of state and government leaders. The hotel was established in 1929 and resembles some of the architecture of that time period. The 13 floor Cathay Buildings combines the British Gothic architecture with styles from both the 1880s and 1920s.The hotel has excellent access to the downtown area and major transportation links. Both the nearby Yanan Elevated Highway and the Shanxi Road underground railway station (Metro Line 1) connect you swiftly to all other parts of the city. The magnificent Grosvenor House, completed in 1934, is a true display of the 1930s design and architecture, with a central spire of 18 stories flanked by an east and west side 13 floors high.
