Directions

HOW TO GET HERE; Sunair Flights depart Nadi everyday 12 noon. Flight takes 45 minutes, to arrive at Vunisea airstrip. We greet you. Then boat transfer ride along the wild Kadavu coastline takes 1 hour.Air Fiji flights also leave from Suva Nausori airport daily. The alternative way of traveling here is by ferry departing from Narayan Wharf Suva. Be warned that this ferry is sometimes not reliable and the trip could take anywhere from 8 hours to 38 hours. However it is an adventure in itself and you do arrive safely in the end.Kadavu Shipping runs the service and the name of the ferry is Bulou ni Ceva. The office phone number is 3311677 and is located in Walu Bay Suva. This ferry is also the major island supply ship which is why the trip can take much longer than expected. Deliveries from fuel to hardware to groceries for villages, resorts and island businesses are carried out along the way. Dont be surprised to see even a couple of cows or pigs on board. You have the option of spending the night on board in a cabin or simply claiming a space on deck or below decks. The cabin of course will be more comfortable and would ensure a decent nights sleep as the ferry normally departs the wharf at midnight. There are no roads on Kadavu transport is by boat.PLEASE CALL 679 337281 OR EMAIL waisalima@connect.com.fj TO INFORM US OF YOUR ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
