"The hotel looked very nice from the outside & lobby, but once we got to our room, boy were we surprised. The room smelled, the furniture was dusty, the telephone did not work( there was no dial tone and the repair work was never completed as stated by the front desk during our visit), and consequently we could not gain internet access to complete some business related work." — source Travelocity
