"We stayed at a hotel the day after leaving the Doubletree and the room was cleaner that of this one and paid way less for it, I was very surprised by this as I expected more of this hotel, the fridge was left dirty from the people before and the bathroom wasn't very clean, I cleaned the fridge out myself, the next day when they straightened up the room the cleaning products were left in the room, everyone we spoke with were friendly and teh hotel itself was nice just not happy." — source Hotels.com
