It is very quiet street near Grunwaldzki Square.The location of the hostel has many superb sights within walking distance! - Ostrow Tumski is the oldest part of town with the Cathedral and islands on Odra river! - The Old Town is about 10 minutes away -nice walk through Ostrow Tumski; most roads are closed for cars. - Botanical Garden and Panorama Raclawicka are not further than 7 minutes walk from the Hostel. - Hala Ludowa, Szczytnicki Park with its famous Pergola and Japanese Garden, as well as the Zoo (the biggest in this part of Europe), are only 15 minute walk or 2 stops by tram!Other:- �Galeria Grunwaldzka� Shopping Centre with Cinema, Shops and Restaurants- The area is packed with students, so there are few places with cheap, traditional Polish food and bars with local beer packed with young crowd- For those planning excursions there are 4 shops with outdoor equipment and maps just down the road!If the weather is unpleasant our common room with darts, play station, board games, books and selection of movies and concerts make you feel like at home. You will also find all information you need about Wroclaw, the Silesia Region and Poland. Directions

From the Wroclaw Main Train Station (Dworzec Glowny) to get to the Hostel:-Take the tram no. 2, 9, 17, O or a bus no 145, 146 on the way to Plac Grunwaldzki (Grunwaldzki Square). Stop on the round-about and walk towards the 'Galeria Grunwaldzka Shopping Centre'. Marie Curie-Sklodowska St is on the left side of the shopping Centre. Pass petrol station, walk 100 m and you find a Hostel on your left. The entrance is between the florist and the jeweller ( 'jubiler' in polish!). Further you will see Pizza Hut!-taxi: 15-20 zl (at night extra 5 zl)From the Bus Station to the Hostel:- Take the tram no 9 to Plac Grunwaldzki and follow above directions!-taxi: 20-25 zl From the Airport:- take the bus no 406 to the Train Station and change for a tram!- Taxi - 35-50 zl
