The Hotel Comt? de Nice is a charming and friendly family run hotel in a quiet provincial area of the city. Located just a short walk from a traditional market and the main shopping street which leads directly to the old town, the "Promenade des Anglais" and the beach. All 50 rooms and 10 apartments are equipped with private bathrooms, satellite colour TV with international channels and direct dial telephone. The hotel serves a good breakfast, has 24 hours reception service (multilingual staff), all in all a pleasant hotel where the price quality relation is perfect.

The rooms vary in size from medium to large, and only very few rooms are small. They are interestingly decorated with modern natural wood furniture and all the beds have duvets. Both rooms and bathrooms are in very good conditions.Cancellation Policy

Directions
Only 7 minutes by tram from the hotel to the beach!From the airport by bus:Take bus N� 23 (only from Terminal 1), 1.00 Euro/ person, buy tickets with the driver. Get off at stop �Raiberti� (3rd stop after main train station �Gare SNCF�), cross the street and walk across the playground next to the post office, turn left and cross the main street in front of the bakery �Zambetti�, walk into �Rue Clement Roassal�. After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in �Rue de Dijon�!If you arrive after 9 p.m. take bus N� 98 (4.00 Euro from Terminal1+2) and get off at the main bus station (�Gare Routi�re�). From there, take the tram direction �Las Planas� and get off at the station �Lib�ration�. Turn left into �Rue Clement Roassal� next to the bakery �Zambetti�. After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in �Rue de Dijon�!From the airport by car: Follow the signs leading to the city centre and the �promenade des Anglais�. After about 4-5 km turn left into �boulevard Gambetta�. Continue straight on and, after the train bridge, take the 5th street to the right (�rue Cl�ment Roassal�). The 3rd street on the left is �rue de Dijon�, where you will see the hotel after some meters.From the train-station:-by tramway: Turn to the left and go down �Avenue Thiers� until you get to the tramway stop on the mainstreet. Take the tram, direction �Las Planas� and get of at stop �Lib�ration. Turn left into �Rue Clement Roassal� next to the bakery �Zambetti�. After a few meters you can see the hotel on your right in �Rue de Dijon�!-on foot: Turn to the left and go down �Avenue Thiers� until you get to the mainstreet �Avenue Malauss�na�. Turn left and walk along the tramway-rails until you see the bakery �Zambetti� on your left. Take left again and after some meters you will see the hotel on your right. From the highway by car:Take the exit 'Nice-Nord' N� 54 and follow the direction towards the city centre (Bv de Gorbella, Bv A. Raynaud), at the very end of Bv A. Raynaud turn left into Bv J. Garnier;next right into rue Alfred Binet) , turn left into rue Clement Roassal and finally left into Rue de Dijon
