"It was disgusting and run down, the parking lot was all ice, it was warmer outside in the freezing cold than it was in the room, all the beverages were out in the vending machine, the key card for the door did not work properly, the bathroom had mold, the heater in the room blew out cold air and there was no one in the lobby to complain to, he was outside sitting in his car, I was ignored when I went in to register even though I was the only one in the lobby at the time, the associate was too busy talking to someone else behind the counter." — source Priceline
