"The rom had not been vacuumed recently and there was food on the floor in the corner of the sleeping area. It was not disclosed prior to booking that the 8th floor was under construction which left no viable fitness center or pool/spa area to enjoy for those of us who don't gamble or spend all of our time chowing down at the buffet." — source Travelocity
