"great place except for the smoking common room which is attached to the kitchen and reception, makes for smokey dinners. Also staying on the first floor the smell of smoke drifts up from below so you fall asleep to the smell of cigarettes every night, apart from that, great place." — source Hostelworld
"It was a really cute hostel with lots of character and a great place to stop over for a night or two, but if you are planning on taking tons of showers I would book another place unless you like freezing cold water." — source Hostelworld
"You can make many friends because in great hostel bar :) Only showers have weird construction and are quite far from rooms, but overall it's clean and I got used to them." — source Hostelworld
"* there could have been more choices for drinks in the bar area * the security was good * overall i would totally recommend this hostel to others." — source Hostelworld
"Quite quirky and lively with a nice atmosphere and bar/common area. Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend." — source Hostelworld

"Great hostel, very clean although I only stayed one night and didn't take a look at the showers (outdoor in different building), had one of the best hostel breakfasts I've had, free games, tons of info about Bruges, fun little bar downstairs, although they don't allow drinking in the rooms (bummer)." — source Hostelworld
"really nice room, with confortable clean beds, decent free lockers, an excellent location 5mins from the main square the staff were kind and helpful, we didnt drink at the bar but it seemed like a nice place to chill, free wifi and breakfast." — source Hostelworld
"Wonderful vibe, as clean as any hostel can possibly be, great staff, and well organized." — source Hostelworld
"Recommend booking ensuite room to avoid communal shower area which is clean but dated." — source Hostelworld
"The floor plan was an odd layout, but the breakfast was good and it was clean." — source Hostelworld

"The Hostess are not very friendly, are kindless, I could not beleive that there is only one person to attend all the hostel, the service is not as well as I thought." — source Hostelworld
"Very helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfast, bit noisy at night, and the kitchen could be a bit bigger." — source Hostelworld
"very good accomodation for this price; very friendly staff; excellent service with renting bikes." — source Hostelworld

"Toilets are on the corridor next to the room, but if you want to shower in the morning, you have to pass through the entrance hall and the area where people are having breakfast." — source Hostelworld
"Great location, they only have a select number of lockers which were all taken the whole time we were there so we had to hope that noone stole our valuables from our locked bags." — source Hostelworld
"The hostel is in a great location, a short and easy walk to the downtown area where all of the tourist sites, shops, and museums are." — source Hostelworld
"Toilet is very far from room and must pass through the bar, a common area. Far reaching common hand area after toilet is not what I like." — source Hostelworld
"The bar area is also good but there is too much smoke so as a non smoker it is too overwhelming to spend much time there which is a shame." — source Hostelworld

"A great hostel altogether, i also st\yed at the passage and found the security and cleanliness there left alot to be desired as i had a few items stolen during my stay, but the snuffel had much better security and was much better value for money as they have a kitchen and much cheaper drinks in the downstairs bar." — source Hostelworld
"Some past comments have been made about showers being unisix with only a shower curtain & no door - its not really a big deal, curtain covers the doorway well." — source Hostelworld
"It's a good place to stay in Bruges for the price, but I wouldn't stay in Bruges for more than a day or two (not a whole lot to do)." — source Hostelworld
"Not the best shower, not the best bed, but a very frendly staff and a very good price." — source Hostelworld
"The computers are sadly in the bar area, so you have to deal with it for a bit." — source Hostelworld
