"We stayed in a superior ocean view room and the upholstery (especially chairs' one) was not the maximum cleaning plus at night at 2am, probably because there was a celebration at the floor above ours (the second last one)which is not unusual for the hotel an incredible loud started to end only around 6am and notwithstanding we called the reception to solve the situation." — source Venere
