Dining

RestaurantWe use the most experienced and inventive chefs who use only the finest ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes. The kitchen use only high quality produce, from local suppliers where possible. Our menus are both seasonal and regional, concentrating on local speciality ingredients and dishes. We aim to produce a unique menu and pride ourselves on the fact that everything is homemade, whether it be our pastry chef's cakes for our speciality afternoon teas, the olive oil sourced from our very own Villa Saletta olive groves in Italy or a selection of wine on our extensive wine list, produced from grapes grown in our personal vineyards. We are also renowned for our traditional Sunday lunch and afternoon teas. Enjoy a stomach-filling roast with the family without the hassle of cooking it yourself or indulge your extravagant side with one of our old English afternoon teas, either with or without champagne to add to the indulgence.
